Your order will ship in an unremarkable box with "Shipping Department" in the return address. Your kids, neighbors, and postal worker won't have any reason to feel curious about your delivery.

We do our best to have items on their way one business day after we receive your order. Items ship from our office in Utah or our partner's facility in Arizona. You will receive tracking information in a follow-up email.

Trust and safety are key values that motivate every item we carry. Because of the personal nature of the products I recommend, we can only accept returns if there is a warranty-related issue. If your item is defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot issue refunds if you change your mind or don't like the item.
