Kristin Hodson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist – and she's determined to make it easier for all of us to talk about sex, no matter where we are or where we started from.

Kristin is a mom to three wild things and a partner to her husband, Jake. They live in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Playa Grande, Costa Rica.

You may have seen her presenting for nationally-renowned sex therapists, Dr. Gina Ogden and Dr. Tammy Nelson, or in one of her contributions to Huffington Post Live, NPR, Women’s Day Magazine, or MTV. Books, projects, and practice

Kristin is founder and executive director of The Healing Group, a Utah mental health clinic specializing in sexuality, post-partum, and relationships.

She co-wrote the book Real Intimacy: A Couples Guide for Genuine, Healthy Sexuality (Cedar Fort 2011) and works as an adjunct professor teaching human sexuality to graduate students studying to become social workers. She also founded the Rocky Mountain Sex Summit in an effort to increase sexual health competency in mental health professionals.
